We are proud to be a pet-friendly community. We know that your furry friends are a valuable part of your family and we want to make sure they feel right at home. We have a max of two pets per apartment home and some breed restrictions may apply. We love adopted pets, too! So, if you're adopting or have adopted your pet, we'll waive the $250 pet fee. Otherwise, you will be subject to the following fees: 1. A non-refundable pet fee of $250 per pet (waivable with adoption papers) 2. A refundable pet deposit of $250 per pet. 3.
