|Recommended: YesI’ve had a great experience living at The Vic at Woodforest. The community is clean, quiet, and well maintained, and the office staff is always friendly and helpful. Any time I’ve had a question or needed assistance, it’s been handled quickly and professionally. Maintenance requests are completed in a timely manner and the property always feels safe and welcoming. Highly recommend

|Recommended: NoProprietary Internet — Their property uses a setup that traditionally is Hotel WiFi. Worldvue services leaves users no options to use their own hardwire devices routers or switches . It is good for general WiFi connectivity only and users who don’t mind having someone else completely control the network inside their home, like in a hotel. Service speeds are set up by Worldvue hardware and software to throttle users connection. Apartments have an internet access point like in a hotel room. If you plan to run your own devices live somewhere else. If you don’t mind it the internet WiFi for you is available throughout the complex. It would be ideal if there was more than one network provider. Worldvue is good for low speed WiFi connections.

|Recommended: NoNot worth it — MOST staff will not mention names will NOT DEFEND OR TRY TO HELP YOU…only BLAME YOU for what others have done. THEY WILL NOT EVEN ASK BEFORE JUST PLACING BLAME. IT IS EXTREMELY EXPENSIVE FOR THE VERY LITTLE AMENITIES YOU GET. AND BE CAREFUL OF ALL THOSE “ADD-ONS“ THAT ARE NOT ACTUALLY ON YOUR LEASE. BUT THEY WILL ALWAYS COME BACK AND ONCE AGAIN DEFEND THEMSELVES. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE.

Staff is very sweet, attentive and will go beyond for your needs.
|Recommended: YesOverall review — Awesome complex with an awesome staff. Wish there was elevators for hauling groceries with quantities and large items, 2 trips plus more sometimes is exhausting with stairs as an only option.
